Lama Malhas is the Founder and Managing Partner of PeopleWise Partners and a senior human capital and organizational effectiveness consultant with more than fifteen years of experience across multinational and corporate environments, including banking, automotive, food and beverage, logistics and supply chain, and FMCG.

A graduate in Modern Languages from the University of Jordan and a Certified HR Professional, she advises executive leaders on workforce planning, organization design, HR governance, performance management, talent strategy, executive search and business transformation.

Firas Jarrar is a highly accomplished Financial Advisor and US Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, treasury, governance, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and IPSAS transformation. Throughout his career, he has managed organizations generating revenues exceeding SAR 600 million, overseen government portfolios valued at more than USD 11 billion, and arranged financing of over SAR 13 billion. He has founded and scaled businesses, divisions, and manufacturing operations, including a 25-branch pharmacy and medical-disposables network independently valued at SAR 500 million and a manufacturing division generating SAR 700–800 million in annual turnover.

His achievements also include structuring a USD 100 million private-equity transaction and leading a national cash-to-accrual IPSAS transformation aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. Firas advises organizations on growth, restructuring, investment, financing, governance, operational transformation, and value creation, combining strategic financial insight with strong commercial judgment and disciplined execution.

Yazan Rahahleh is an HR Business Partner leader with more than thirteen years of strategic and operational experience, driving organizational success through innovative people strategies.

He has a proven track record in HR digital transformation, performance management and KPI alignment, and is recognized for building high-performing cultures and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Fuad Abdelhadi is an experienced full-stack developer with more than five years of professional experience designing and building fast, responsive and user-friendly digital solutions. His technical expertise spans Angular, React, WordPress, Laravel, API integration and a broad range of modern web technologies.

He combines strong technical knowledge with a practical understanding of design and user experience, and is skilled in building web applications, integrating complex systems, optimizing performance and resolving technical challenges through clean, maintainable code.

Samir Badaro is a certified and accredited mental health specialist dedicated to driving meaningful change through personal and youth development. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Al Razi Integrated Wellness Space, he leads initiatives aimed at building resilient communities, fostering personal growth, and creating holistic spaces for well-being.

Recognized for his outstanding leadership, Samir was awarded TARGETjobs Undergraduate of the Year across the UK. His professional footprint spans impactful policy and community-focused work, including collaborating with Thangam Debbonaire MP and contributing to projects within the English government.
