Founded in 2024, PeopleWise Partners is a forward-thinking HR solutions provider with a presence in Jordan. Our mission is to strengthen the role of Human Resources and its impact on businesses across the MENA region.
Establishing an HR business had long been an ambition of our founder, Lama Malhas, a Jordanian HR expert with more than fifteen years of experience driving HR excellence within multinational companies. Her vision was to merge innovation with deep expertise to offer distinctive HR solutions and PeopleWise Partners is how that vision took shape.
We work with organizations across the Middle East, Africa, Russia and the wider GCC region, helping them unlock the potential of their talent, foster growth and navigate change.
