Accounting Manager

PeopleWise Partners, on behalf of a leading Infrastructure & Engineering company, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join its team. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will support the company’s accounting, financial reporting, payroll, taxation, compliance, and administrative activities.
Responsibilities

- • Maintain accurate accounting records, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable
- • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with IFRS
- • Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial closing activities
- • Manage payroll processing, salary transfers, social security, and related HR administration
- • Support tax filings, audits, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting
- • Assist with lender due diligence, KYC requirements, financing compliance, and stakeholder reporting
- • Support ERP system administration and financial process improvements
- • Coordinate with auditors, banks, lenders, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- • Strong practical knowledge of IFRS, accounting, financial reporting, payroll, and compliance
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems
- • Experience in infrastructure, construction, concession, PPP, project finance, or SPV environments is preferred.
- • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA.
